There's lots to do with a day pass at MAKE SOUTH BEND!
And now with our new Day Pass packs, you can get even more for less.
Get your day pass access at a discount with these punch card packs. Now you can visit MAKE SOUTH BEND to start creating and making whenever your heart desires. Perfect for those occasional projects, rainy days with the kids, a weekend craft day with a friend, or just your creative outlet.
With a day pass, you get to use our tools, equipment and space the whole day we're open, Tuesday through Saturday 12-8. You could literally stay here from 12-8 being as creative and productive as you like. Use the studio art area with all the paints and inks you can imagine, ceramics area and pottery wheels, stained glass and lamp working equipment, sewing machines and leather working tools, jewelry making supplies from soldering torches to stamping sets and more. Our wood shop and tech lab are only available for use after you take a safety and basic use class, which you can sign up for online or email to arrange a time to complete the class in a one on one session. Consumable materials are the only extra cost if you use any, and you can find our popular project menu with those prices at the bottom of this page. You are welcome to bring your own materials and supplies as well.
In addition to your day passes, you will be able to get a discount on classes, shop goods, and even membership (should you decide you want to create even more). With the 6 pack of day passes, you save 10% on classes, 10% on goods and 15% on membership. With the 12 pack of day passes, you save 15% on classes, 10% on goods, and 20% on membership.
You can use this for yourself, gift it to a friend or a stranger through our give back program.
Plus, your punch card is valid for a whole year from your purchase, so there's no rush or pressure to use it now, except to get those sweet class discounts already. Am I right?
When you purchase your punch card now, you'll get a download with your discount code to start enjoying those perks immediately, and you'll get your physical punch card the next time you come in to the makerspace. We'll have a place on our wall to store your punch card if you're afraid of losing it or just don't want to carry it around.
If you want to gift your punch card to someone else, just send an email to info@makesouthbend.com telling us the name of the person to pick it up or let us know if we should give it back to the community. Our staff will give them to any person who needs a little help to access our creative space.
Everyone who uses the space must have an updated waiver on file, and minors will need a parent or guardian to sign that before they can use the space. Waivers are kept on file for a year. Minors under 13 need adult supervision at all times while in the makerspace.
When you support MAKE SOUTH BEND, you help support a community creative space that provides low barrier access to tools and equipment needed for creative expression and invention, engages the community in regular hobby and coworking groups, helps local artists and makers get their stuff our there through our shop, Rebel Art Fest and the Urban Artisan Market. So, what are you waiting for?
